Allergy Advice and Patch Test

Conducting a patch test is essential to ensure that you or your customer does not experience a negative reaction to specific tapes, adhesives, or hair products. If there is a known sensitivity to metal, adhesive, or keratin, refrain from using products containing metal, such as Nano Tips or beads made of Copper or Aluminium, as well as keratin or adhesives. It cannot be guaranteed that our hair products have not come into contact with other metals.
- Apply a small amount of adhesive/tape/hair on a sensitive skin area.
- Cover the adhesive/tape/hair with a band-aid and advise the customer to leave it on overnight.
- Instruct them to remove the band-aid the next day and check for any reactions.
- If redness or irritation occurs, avoid using the product on that particular client or yourself. Additionally, check to ensure that the bond hasn't released from the skin. If no irritation occurred, and the bond remains secure, you can confidently use that product.
About Hair Treatment
These extensions are crafted from 100% remy human hair, free from any mixed animal or synthetic hair. They can be straightened, curled, washed, restyled, and dyed (only to darker colors). When styling your hair, ensure the heating temperature does not exceed 180℃ to maintain a natural look.

Hair Extension Care Guidelines
Dos:
Use a sulfate-free shampoo.
Utilize alcohol-free hair products.
Employ an extensions-friendly detangling brush.
Avoid applying heat or styling tools to your roots and extension bonds.
Loosely braid or gather your hair into a pony at bedtime.
Apply a heat protectant when styling your hair.
Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing your hair; 36 hours is even better.
Don'ts:
Brush wet hair, as this can pull out the extensions.
Wash your hair daily; use a dry shampoo if needed.
Avoid using conditioner near roots and bonds.
Refrain from using coconut oil-based products on your extensions; Argan oil products are acceptable.
Do not towel-dry your hair or pull at your extensions.
Avoid dyeing or treating your hair 24 hours before application.
Refrain from dyeing or treating your hair 36 hours after application.
Resist tying your hair up in the week following application; your hair and roots need time to adjust to their new style, and pulling and tugging may damage your hair and extensions.
